With the current quarantine situation and people going through a rough economic time, it makes sense that individuals might be trying to find a way to save money and get some back where they can. Well, we are very excited to announce that with our new recycling program, we can help you do just that. Let’s take a look at how you can recycle your old hair styling tools, and in the end, we’ll provide some advice on how to maintain your social distancing and stay safe and healthy during COVID-19.
Recycling Your Hair Styling Tools
When you need to discard an old hair care product convenience is a number one priority, as you want to make sure that it’s not a hassle to get it dealt with. With our help, we can ensure that your old hair styling tools get recycled properly and you’ll even save yourself some money.
We are proud to announce that our products are now 100% recyclable, so turning them in will be completely environmentally friendly, and they are handled at an e-waste facility. Even better yet if you recycle a product with us you can get up to 35% off your next order. Also, if you return any hot tool to our warehouse you can get up to 40% off your next order, and this includes products from other brands.
Keeping Your Social Distancing And COVID-19 Safety
With the above mentioned trials and tribulations going on you may have some understandable concerns about how we are maintaining the safety of our employees and you, our valued customers, as well. When it comes to customer service, know that our contact with you has not been interrupted, and you can always email us at [email protected] and call us at 800-307-0078, Monday-Friday, 9 am–5:59 pm PT.
When it comes to shipments both to you and receiving your returned products, know that we are aware of how different the current situation is, and we are more than happy to accommodate. If you need more time to return a product, let our customer service team know it is no problem. However, be aware that shipment of products out to you may take a slight additional amount of time to make sure everyone involved stays safe, but we are working to make it as streamlined of a process as possible.
With our shipping warehouses still open, be assured that we are having our staff thoroughly clean and sanitize our high touch areas throughout the day, and we are extending sick leave to any of our workers feeling ill, so they can stay home.
